The Caatinga biome is home to a valuable diversity of living beings specially adapted to the semi-arid climate. This module presents the various strategies adopted by the farmer and F4F instructor, Jurandi de Oliveira, to produce food and raise animals, even with only 236mm of annual rainfall, without using irrigation or other external inputs.
